We build resilient and flexible supply chains through strong long-term supplier partnerships, collaborative innovation, and proactive planning. We regularly meet and connect with suppliers at major healthcare events such as MEDICA, while continuing to maintain our ISO accreditations and national framework agreements including NHS Supply Chain. Innovation also remains an important part of our approach, including specialist product development and supporting suppliers making positive environmental improvements such as reduced packaging initiatives. We also take proactive action to help minimise disruption during periods of challenge and change, including COVID-19 and Brexit.
