Evergreen Assessment

All suppliers on NHS Supply Chain Frameworks were required to achieve Level 1 of the Evergreen Assessment by 1 April 2026. Omnimed is proud to have already achieved Level 2. The NHS requires all suppliers to reach Level 2 by April 2027, meaning we are well ahead of schedule. Omnimed is also actively implementing steps to achieve Level 3. Looking ahead, new regulations coming into effect in April 2028 will govern the carbon footprint assessments of individual products supplied to the NHS. We are currently reviewing these requirements to understand how we can align and comply early.

NHS’s Five Supplier Requirements

Omnimed is committed to supporting the NHS’s Five Supplier Requirements and its wider sustainability objectives. The Evergreen Assessment is a self-assessment tool which allows NHS suppliers to measure their maturity to align with the NHS net zero and sustainability goals. Achieving Level 2 reflects our proactive approach to exceeding current requirements.
