ESGE Days 2026 | May 2026 | Stronger Partnerships, Greener Futures

Omnimed's Commercial Manager, John Wood, and General Manager, Robbie Blackwood, along with MedScience Group Sales Director, Matt Mills, had the pleasure of connecting with key suppliers at ESGE Days 2026 in Milan and exploring the latest developments across the endoscopy sector.

ESGE Days, hosted by the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE), once again brought together clinicians, researchers, suppliers, and industry professionals from around the world. It was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with suppliers, strengthen relationships, discuss future opportunities, and explore the latest developments in gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Supporting Greener Days

Although our team attended the main ESGE Days event, it was encouraging to see ESGE's continued commitment to sustainability through its Striving for Greener Days initiative.

From lower-impact travel and carbon footprint tracking to reducing waste and promoting digital-first content, sustainability remains an important part of ESGE's wider vision. These principles closely align with Omnimed's Green Endo campaign and our Greener Together training sessions, which support endoscopy teams in adopting more sustainable practices.

Inspired to explore sustainability within your own unit? Why not book a Greener Together visit and discover practical, achievable ways to support your Green Endoscopy goals.

Investing In Our People & Building Strong Supplier Partnerships

After a busy day at the event, one of the highlights was spending time with some of our key suppliers and enjoying an evening meal together. Building strong, long-term relationships helps create resilient supply chains, supports innovation, and ensures we continue delivering the best possible service to our customers.

Events like ESGE Days provide an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day routine, learn from others, and strengthen professional relationships. This supports staff wellbeing and professional development, while helping us maintain resilient, innovative, and flexible supply chains that ultimately benefit healthcare providers and patients alike.

A huge thank you to all who made ESGE Days 2026 such a valuable and enjoyable event. We returned with new ideas, stronger relationships, and plenty of inspiration for the future.
