Omnimed are pleased to announce that we have be named as Business of The Month for November 2024 by Winchester City Council.
This fantastic achievement was awarded due to our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint following installation of solar panels for which we received funding from Winchester City council via their Green Business Grant scheme.
Managing Director, Michael Morris said “Omnimed are very grateful to Winchester City Council for awarding us the Green Business Grant to install our solar panels. Not only has the initiative helped the business to reduce our carbon footprint by four tonnes but by taking this step to become a more sustainable business, we have become more aligned with Green Endoscopy and Greener NHS initiatives.”
Michael added, “As the NHS is our largest customer, it’s extremely important that we take as many steps as possible to reduce our carbon footprint. This will ensure we continue to be a company they have confidence in concerning our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint throughout all areas of our supply chain and business operations.”
