Omnimed are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new web app!

The app is designed to enable customers to order products as quickly and easily as possible – even when they’re on the move.

Omnimed have always been keen to embrace the ever changing world of technology and felt now was the right time to launch our app. With ever increasing demands on their time, customers can now have our product catalogue in the palm of their hand and the ability to submit an order form within seconds.

People are often away from their desk and therefore their PC or laptop, but they are seldom without their mobile phone. Research shows that since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, consumers in the UK have significantly increased their use of mobile commerce. With UK retail sales on mobile up 30% compared to Q1 2020 and 25% stronger than the pre-Covid Q4 2019*, it's clear that we're all becoming more comfortable with ordering goods and services on our mobile devices, so we wanted to respond to this change in online behaviour and customer preferences.

Free to use and developed to be as user-friendly as possible, Omnimed's new app is just another way to show our customers that they are at the heart of everything we do. We decided to offer a web based app over a native mobile app so you won’t need to use up precious space on your phone by downloading the app, nor will you need to worry about updates or having to access an app store – meaning it can be accessed in just one click!
